coordinates the global team, supports Country Directors

and New Base Leaders, and seeks to keep the global family connected and moving forward strategically. He is based in Tonbridge, UK.

Ruth Visick-Evans

(Training and Development Director)
Ruth oversees the Oasis leadership training programme (Lead On) and also the development of some of the new Oasis bases.  She is based in Tonbridge, UK. Email Ruth

Phil Lane

(Development Director – Europe)
Phil is responsible for developing opportunities for Oasis to engage on the European continent and for coordinating Oasis anti-trafficking work around the world. He is based in Joidogne, Belgium. Email Phil

Andy Sexton

(Children At Risk – International Director)
Andy provides specific expertise to all Oasis Children At Risk projects around the world. This involves training, advising, resourcing, linking and providing strategic direction. He is currently on sabbatical since July 2007 and is based in Los Angeles, USA. Email Andy

Clive Dudbridge

(Business Development Director)

Clive is responsible for supporting the developing

business opportunities around Oasis, initially focussing on Bangladesh and India. He also provides skills in income generation and other business support activities. He is based in Stourbridge, UK. Email Clive

                      

Rebecca Halfacre

(PA to International Director [part-time])

Rebecca recently joined the Global team to provide administrative support and assistance to Andy Matheson. She felt called to apply for this position after witnessing first hand the incredible work of Oasis while on a summer placement in Uganda. She is based in Tonbridge, UK. Email Rebecca

 

Thobe Ncube

(Children At Risk – Project Advisor [part-time])
From 1 June 2007 Thobe takes up the project support

component of Andy Sexton’s job. This involves support

of all Children At Risk projects around the world. Thobe is based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Email Thobe

Ruth Cox

(Vocational Training Coordinator [part-time])
Ruth is Oasis coordinator for vocational training, providing

expertise for the growing number of Oasis vocational

Divya Kottadiel

(Global Intranet Coordinator [part-time])
Divya coordinates the global intranet, a task she does

in addition to her responsibility as Communications Manager for Oasis India. She is based in Mumbai, India. Email Divya

 

Jon Grimes

(Net2work Coordinator [part-time])
Jon provides leadership to the Net2Work project that is
run in several Oasis countries. He combines this with his role in the Net2Work project in Kampala, Uganda where he is based.
