(Director of Capacity Building)
Ruth oversees the Oasis leadership training programme (Lead On) and also the development of some of the new Oasis bases.  She is based in Tonbridge, UK. Email Ruth

(Associate International Director)
Andy works with the International Director on all aspects of Oasis work around the world. He has specific oversight of growth and development. He is based in Norwich, UK. Email Andy

Clive Dudbridge

(Business Development Director)

Clive is responsible for supporting the developing

business opportunities around Oasis, initially focussing on Bangladesh and India. He also provides skills in income generation and other business support activities. He is based in Stourbridge, UK. Email Clive

Jim Currell

 

(Environmental Issues)   Jim will be working closely with Andy Matheson to research and understand the challenges and possibilities that are presented by environmental issues faced around the world, and to make suggestions about how we, as a Christian and global organisation can respond to these issues. (Vocational Training Coordinator [part-time])
Ruth is Oasis coordinator for vocational training, providing

expertise for the growing number of Oasis vocational

Divya Kottadiel Jacob

(Global Intranet Coordinator [part-time])
Divya coordinates the global intranet, a task she does

in addition to her responsibility as Communications Manager for Oasis India. She is based in Mumbai, India. Email Divya

Jon Grimes

(Net2Work Global Programme Leader)
Jon provides leadership to the Net2Work programme that is
operating in several countries. After spending 2 years helping to develop Net2Work in Uganda, he is now based in Warwick, UK.

Kevin Brits

(Regional Development Coordinator - Southern Africa)

Working with Oasis in Mozambique, South Africa and Zimbabwe, Kevin’s role is to support the country leaders and assist with organisational and strategic development in each country and as a region. Kevin is also on the Governance focus group and is working on the production of a governance self-learning module. He is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
